About
Change is about people not rocket science. Nobody pretends that change is simple. But sometimes we make it much more complicated than is necessary. It's not to say that people are simple, either. But there is no 'formula' when working with humans, as there may be with rocket science.
This is why I am dedicated about people being at the heart of decision making in change. For the past 25 years, I have helped over 40 different organisations across multiple industries, such as Microsoft, Mott MacDonald and Barclays deploy sustainable change in an unpredictable world by using the end person in mind perspective with my unique holistic approach to change. I originally cut my teeth in the theatrical world, first as a dancer, primarily in ballet, and then as an actor. I was an intern at Broadway Dance Centre and studied at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art summer programme, where I met my husband.
