Change is about people not rocket science, which is a bit of a double edge sword.  It is not to say that change is simple, it is just that we sometimes make it more difficult than it needs to be.  It is also not to say that people are simple, there just isn't a formula like there is with rocket science.

This is why I am passionate about people being at the heart of decision making in change.  I have worked with over 40 different organisations across multiple industries for over 20 years and believe in helping people - in whatever capacity I can - by making sure people are thought of first, last and throughout change projects and programmes.

 

I have created a unique leading change framework, the ABChange Model that is underpinned by accepted theories in leadership and change which enables managers to create their own strategies and action plans, effecting specific change within their organizations.
